Rate Schedule
$110 per Month for 8 classes

(This can be used for spouses, or family members living in the same house.)

$60 per Month for 4 classes
$18 drop-in (single class) 


With either monthly package, a $15 drop in rate applies for any additional classes used that month. You are welcome to join any class on the schedule. No class carryovers. No refunds for unused classes.


We accept check, cash or secure payment here.




If you are new, or dropping into another class, please call 804-519-7471 a least 1 hour before the class starts to make sure there is a space available for you.

Our discounted rate package encourages your commitment to your practice. Sometimes life happens, and an extension may be necessary. Please call to discuss, we want to support you.
No refunds for missed or unused classes.

Our classes are held in continuous 8 week sessions. When registering for a full session, you may attend any Svaroopa® class as your schedule permits. Pay for classes online or in person.

6:00pm to 7:15pm – Svaroopa® Beginning & Continuing w/ Kirsten
Thursday
5:30pm to 7:00pm – Svaroopa® Continuing Level w/ Kirsten
Saturday 
9:30am to 11:00am – Svaroopa® Continuing Level w/ Kirsten

Beginning & Continuing level classes explore a variety of poses working within 12 different themes. Each theme develops the students understanding of the poses and how to use them to work with the body. Increase flexibility, reduce stress, and find inner strength.

Private sessions for Yoga Instruction, Embodyment® Therapy, or Breathing practices/awareness are available upon request.

There are 5 ways one can benefit with a private lesson:
Poses - to help create a home Asana (pose) daily practice to deepen their class study, as well as work to overcome injury/illness.
Breathing - to deepen their practice, and/or to work with overcoming an illness, surgery, injury. This is also a great support for maintaining good health, and supports a meditation practice as well.
Vichara - no yoga experience necessary. This can be done over the phone, or in person. Helps with everything!
Embodyment - a yoga therapy practice, helps to melt away deeper tensions. This helps with everything - no yoga experience necessary.
Yoga Therapy - a yoga therapy practice, helps to support/overcome with injury, illness, disability, also can be used to deepen your personal yoga daily practice. No yoga experience necessary.


How to get the most out of each yoga class:

  • Arrive 10 minutes early to allow time to check in, set up your blankets, and settle into Shavasana, our beginning pose. This allows for a nice transition to begin your class.
  • Wear comfortable, clothes that allow you to move freely.
  • Try not to eat at least 1 hour before class.
  • Turn off your cell phone, so there are no external distractions.
  • Please do not wear perfumes, or lotions with fragrance, as other students may be allergic, or sensitive to heavy smells.
  • Please advise the teacher if you will arrive late or leave class early.
  • Be sure to keep your teacher informed of any injuries, or health concerns so we may offer the greatest amount of assistance to support you.
